Jacob Mkhitarian is a miracle worker! I don't know what my fiance and I would do if we didn't use him as our agent. After months of disappointments as we were looking for our first home with other agents (basically by ourselves since the other agents were lousy or too buys for us). Our backs were against the wall since our wedding was coming up in a month. Thank God Jacob found us a home in 2 DAYS! It was the perfect first home for us in Burbank and he structured a perfect offer even adding a beautiful cover letter to give to the sellers.
