I've been in and out of therapy for years trying to find successful treatment for my panic attacks. Some have worked for a few months, but they have always returned. I work with The therapy-coaching room. Each session had a clear goal and intention and so I felt very productive. I noticed huge changes in my anxiety and stress even after the first session. She has a team, they all seem very nice . Highly recommend this psychotherapist .

I really have enjoyed my time working with the coaching room. Jessica is a unique therapist. She’s insightful, thoughtful, thought-provoking and empathetic. The unique side comes in with her ability to inject humor into the situation very skillfully. Even though we may be talking about something heavy, there’s a sense of perfectly timed levity as well. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Jessica for a few months now and I wish there were more ways for me to thank her. Mental health can be tricky. Some days you might feel great and other days can be extremely tough. However, after a few months of consistent therapy with Jessica, for the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again. She has changed my perspective of life, for the better; and has helped me break my negative patterns of thinking. From our first session, I felt comfortable opening up to her and never for a second felt any judgement at all. If you're considering therapy, You need to see her!

Jessica has been an absolute healer in my life. To be completely honest, I has been seeing Jessica for about a year now, and I can confidently say I am a completely different person. It's funny, a lot of people hesitate to speak to a therapist because they feel "they are fine." Yes, you can be fine, but you still have the capability to learn, grow and broaden your ways of thinking. Little did I know...

I'm all about insight and perspective - Jessica flows with that. I've told her certain things I'd like to work on, my hardships, my good times, and moments that were challenging for me. I'm not going to lie, these conversations were foreign to me because I've always been the type to talk to others about how they feel, not really ever about how I feel. She genuinely cares about the shifts I want to make in life and guides me through it - it changes the game!

Jessica has a powerful energy that really makes you want to conquer goals that you're working towards. She is a wonderful listener and gives the right amount of challenge to better my ways of thinking, being, and reacting. She is there any time I need her, judgement free, ready to deliver. I learn more about myself after every session with her, and am grateful to have found her especially during this crazy time!
