Jack and his crew have taken care of the last four Mercedes Benz cars I have owned. I have found him be very customer oriented and personable. His work has been excellent, on-time, and very fairly priced. It is difficult to find a truly competent independent MBZ shop, but Jack does a great job of running his business. I remain a loyal customer.
