We upgraded 3 of our phones 2 weeks ago and 1 of our phones did not hook up right. After calling 611 they tried to help but it didn't work. So we came and saw Ivan and he had it working within 20 min. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

Caroline exudes enthusiasm and high level of professionalism handling my request for an upgrade to iPhone 14. Caroline addressed every question and concern I had and over a 1.5 hour visit. I highly recommend this specific Verizon store for cellular and digital needs to potential customers. Keep up the great work, Caroline!!

11/10 service at St. John’s Verizon Store. Traded my iPhone 8 in for the 14 Pro. Jeffery Booker was amazing with setting me up. Helped me pick out the right phone for me and to get the best deal. Great quality service thanks to him, super quick and easy on my end. Currently live down by St. Augustine, would definitely come all the way back up here again just to work with Jeffery if I need anything!!

Hugo was the best!! He helped me even while he was on vacation! Upgraded my kids phones and wanted them under the tree for Christmas morning, and he took the extra time to make the necessary changes. Thanks to him and the other staff at the Durbin Crossing location. They must be doing something right because another customer was dropping off a gift basket during our visit as a “thank you”.
