The doctors are great, they really care about their patients and take time to understand our vision needs. The whole team is very friendly and very helpful. I’ve been coming here for two years now and I will be back again.
I called and got an appointment right away I didn’t have to wait to get in! When I arrived all the staff greeted me in a friendly manner! Then I only waited a couple minutes to be called back. The gal that helped me at first was very friendly and professional she explained everything that was happening plus she cleaned everything before using any equipment so I knew it was clean and felt safe that it was sterilized! She’s been there for 16 years so you could tell you knew what she was doing! Then the doctor came in right away I didn’t have to wait! She was also very nice and professional explained everything answered any questions I had . Then the next gal Suki she helped me pick out some frames and told me the truth if they didn’t look good on me so I felt confident with the ones I chose! She checked my insurance so I knew what was covered then we set up my appointment for next year so I’d be sure not to miss or let time go by and ignore my eyes which are very important! She also took the time to clean my old glasses until I get my new ones in a week and a half! I was very pleased with my appointment I think they are great at Arrow Vision and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor!????????

She spoke clearly and well. She took the necessary time to explain things and respond to my questions. I am very pleased.
