They showed a very caring attitude toward me and my cat. They were friendly, informative, thorough. They seemed to take a genuine concern in her welfare. The doctor spoke to me about what was needed, kept me informed in the process, called about the results of some tests and is still going to call about the results of some lab work when it comes in. The appointment process and curbside process was easy and well planned. My cat was relaxed and seemed happy at the end of her visit, which shows that they were careful in the process to not cause her any extra stress.
