They are awesome. So glad I found them. At their regular price they were cheaper then another plumbing company I had a membership with which was supposed to be cheaper because of that reason. Very fast, efficient and helpful with any questions. They didn’t try to talk me into any membership although I asked & got it because I like them that much and it’s lifetime and cheap. Love this company.

We have used continental plumbing for years. Last night we had an emergency, and called them. They were out within the hour and let us know exactly what we would need to do to fix the problem. They were very upfront and straightforward about our different options. The technician they sent out was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I also like that they sent out a picture of the technician since he was coming out at night so I would know exactly what he looked like!
We have never been anything less than impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They are prompt and polite. I would definitely recommend them!

I wish I could give them 100 stars. We get the actual work done tomorrow but if the work that gets done is half as good as the service I received today, it will be 1000 stars. After being given the run around by a competitor ( and by run around I mean told someone will come between 8a-12p, to have them need to run to get parts then get booted by another call), I finally gave up at 1:30pm and gave Continental a call. Not only was the lady that answered the phone an absolute peach, they had a tech on the way to the property within an hour of the call. THE BEST PART is that unlike most other companies, you get a pic/info about your tech AND link of the driver's car. So you get to see how far away they are. It was like ordering domino's. No wondering when they'll show up or multiple calls to dispatch about an ETA. Our tech Nick, was prompt, polite and went above the call of duty to explain everything and make us feel comfortable with his assessment. And unlike most competitors, I do not have a "cable guy" window time frame of 4+ hours. They said they will be at the property tomorrow between 8-10am. I will update this review with the actual work that gets done. But I am so pleased and feel so assured. I look forward to my appointment tomorrow. I wish all businesses took pride in making their customers feel heard and like we will be taken care of. Cant say the same for R.J Plumbing. Call Continental first. They're are a cut above the rest because they care, and you feel it.

Ronny and Matt from Continental Plumbing came to fix the water lead we had under the floor of an additions in our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and cleaned the area when they were done. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. We also greatly appreciated the Service Manager, Matt, for contacting us to make sure that we were satisfied and ensured us that if we needed any assistance we could contact them. I would highly recommend Continental Plumbing!!!!!

I’ve used Continental plumber a few times for my rentals and have always been very satisfied with their service. I recently had them go out to my 88 year old Mom’s house to fix an issue. They were over the top helpful to her, and made her feel very at ease with the work they perform.
I highly recommend!
