Very professional, courteous and neat staff. I like a good service which I received from the time I made a phone call till my Air Condition started working again.
I was informed of each step throughout a repair and a suggestions of the best options were heard and discussed(that way you can feel that they are not trying to steal or overprice). -

(June 18, 2018, 9:28 pm)Just have good words about my Air Condition repair. Guys really know what to do without overpricing the cost. My AC went down on one of the hottest days of California, what a luck, but it got fixed by this Orion A. company in no time.
Came, checked, explained and fixed my AC in an hour and the most surprisingly, the cost didn't bite at all.

First company told me that my air condition is broken and i need new one, my ac is not new , but it was working fine. so called Orion Air, the young man was very polite, he said that my motor is not working and he can replace it next day. He came next day and replaced the motor less than in an hour. Thank you.

(June 16, 2018, 12:56 am)It’s very hot in Pasadena and my Air Condition broke. The tech. from Orion Air came over the same day I called. Extremely polite and professional. He fixed my air condition very fast and charged a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the service, now my AC is working like new:)
