The Organization did not flood my email or phone with solicitations. The rep, Troy Baccus, contacted me once and when I informed him that I was not ready, he gave me his contact information and assured me that he will be available to assist when I'm ready. On March 2020 he sent me a birthday email, that's when I asked him to help me find affordable health plans that will be best for my needs. He was very responsive to my requests and inquiries.
