I just purchased a house last month which is older and needs work. After hearing birds in my attic and finding fire ants in an electrical outlet which stopped working I needed an expert. I was so grateful they called me back, showed up on time...actually early for the quote and educated me on rodent entry points & bugs. I have been at my wits end with companies never returning calls or showing up. He was patient and took his time. They come out next week to patch up my house and set up traps so I will give an update on service then.

I live in a townhouse community, and started seeing some big black roaches around my apartment. I inquired online with this service--they were prompt and professional! I think I called on Tuesday, and by Saturday the problem had been taken care of! The exterminator was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He was quick also. They gave me a discount just for having the tech come on a Saturday too! Pleasant surprise. I was worried that it would be a one year contract, since my lease ends in June, but you can cancel at any time with no charge. Furthermore, if you see a pest between treatments, they will come out and take care of it for you! I also think this is the most affordable exterminating company of all the places I looked into.
