Great self storage only minor pitfalls were the, code didn't always take and mid renting they changed from 24 hrs to closed no entry after 9pm which caused us to have to pay an unneeded extra month of storage.

I rent from ko storage. I think Cody is the name of guy, i keep forgetting. Also Maibel , just one of the customer service gals did a great job helping me. Anyway nice storage. Really clean. I'm transferring from bigger unit to smaller one. Seems secure. I last rented in July with Life Storage in Kennendale/ Arlington and my unit got broke into. I feel it was an inside job, over 4k stolen. I feel much safer with this place. No matter what don't store valuable stuff in any storage. Only stuff that if it got stolen doesn't really matter. I'm glad my dads ashes werent in there, this really traumatized me but i feel KO STORAGE is helping me get some normalcy back in my life. Thank you KO STORAGE. OLD UNIT 51.

Overall very nice modern storage and nice people

Only complaint I have is they put a curb like 1 foot away from the exit keypad and it’s hard to get close and not damage your wheel.

KO storage in Azle has fantastic customer service and great storage units. They have called to check in on my needs twice in the first week.

Mane I was helped by Ro and she was more then 5 stars I hope every time I call I can deal with her. My mom been renting with y’all for some time and no one else acted like they could help she stopped and really did what we asked. Thanks Ms. Ro
