Great park for kids, walking your fur babies, enjoying a nice family day
Pleasant park, small in size but a welcoming site for this neighborhood to enjoy everyday. With a walk path that borders the whole park great for jogging, walking or jus to unwind from a days work. Large baseball field with dugouts and bleachers. Also has a full court for basketball .Shade trees for those who enjoy a lawn chair or some blankets. picnic tables with awnings for get-togethers, large playground for the kids. And a splash pad that is great for summer. They have clean restrooms and staff on site with activities for kids of all ages . very clean and well maintained. This park also has it's own parking lot . Friendly environment with upgrades for the safety of it's community.
Came here with my family that lives in the area and suggested it for the kids. There are restrooms, a splash/water area, baseball fields, basketball court, playground, exercise equipment, big grass field, a few picnic areas with grill, and small parking lot. Everything is so well placed that you can see your kids from most anywhere which is why I liked the park. The only thing that sucked were the flies that food attracts, so be wary of that as it gets annoying, they pop out of nowhere and in numbers. Snacks and drinks are fine though. We spent an easy 3-5 hours here, the kids loved it.
Love this park, especially the splash pad. Very impressed that staff is there to monitor the activities & the splash pad. Lunch & snacks are served to the kids. A great way for the kids to cool off. My Grandson loved it & so did we. Very safe & clean park. Ample parking. Very impressed. Definitely take the kids.
Small and clean neighborhood park. If you're nearby, it's worth a stop to let the kids out.
The only negative, is the playground matting is black/dark green and boiling hot during the summer. A different color or material would be much cooler and safer considering many kids run barefoot from the splashpad to the slide.
