El Pollo Loco

This recession has not only increased prices but decreased portions. I'm getting a double chicken tostada but not the double chicken and half the lettuce. It's crazy! Also the tostada got smaller than the one before. Still good tho.

I really enjoy the food and the excellent service here. I drive 15 minutes to this one instead of the one near me

Only went because the name was similar to Los Pollos Hermanos from Breaking Bad....LOL I was on vacation in L.A. from NC and Bojangles was apparently not an option. They dont get too many southern boys out there I reckon. I got a 2-pc grilled thigh and leg and it was excellent. The mashed potatoes were just ok. Bojangles has better pintos and they are Cajun style. The beans here were just bland. Still, I would highly recommend this place based on the chicken alone. Very good chicken. But come on yall....get some sweet tea!

I bought their tostada bowl and loved it. I would have given 5 stars but the chicken was a bit dry. I know breast meat is hard to keep moist but they should have it figured out.

My goto place for good Mexican fast food. Love and have tried almost all the items on their menu and there none that I haven't liked. This place is right next to a car wash, so generally stop by for lunch when my car is being washed. It's is a clean place and the staff is good too.
