  I bought a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. It was so delicious.
  I also tried a chocolate cupcake and it was also great.
  The customer service is excellent. We had a miscommunication, but the owner fixed it immediately. I appreciate that.

  Wow. Gluten-free treats that are truly yummy! Chef Linda Ikeda opened this new bakery just 4 weeks ago (July 13, 2018). What a treat for the Lakewood-Long Beach area. Linda was a delight to chat with! She's been providing her baked goods for years to retail stores like Whole Foods Market, and now she has a storefront bakery. We purchased some cookies and scones, and they were delicious. The coconut cookie was the best gluten-free cookie my wife and I have ever had.   Wow. I’d had a couple bites of a muffin from here from my mom, and knew I had to come here ASAP. They think of everything, from soy-free vegan butter to rice flour from Thailand (instead of China where levels of arsenic and lead are higher). AND it tastes amazing! And, the best part, it’s not too sweet. Plus it’s a great air-conditioned place to sit, and great cold-brew coffee. I am so so so excited to have a gluten free vegan place like this in Long Beach!!
  
  Plus, they make pie Thurs-Sat in case the cookies, muffins, cupcakes, granola, cold-brew, tea, or cake isn’t enough ????
