  I have worked out at a lot of places over the years, and this place has everyone beat. I just started a week ago and love it! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and caring. I had a soccer injury in 2006 and my knee, hip, and back have been bad for years. I have had 2 knee surgeries and need a hip replacement, which I will not do. They modify the workouts for me so I can get into shape without it hurting my injuries. For the first time in years, I know I can do this and will finally get into the shape I have been longing to be in. From the first moment you walk into the door you will feel like family.

  I love the boot camp classes. I did one season of the Largest Loser, the weight loss competition, and I lost 10lbs. If you want to see results, this is the place. The trainers will make sure you get a great workout regardless of your fitness level. The people there are very friendly and the trainers are the best.

  I feel incredibly lucky to have access to a place like the Sweat Shop Gym in the city of Lakewood. Brad through questions understood my real motivation for better fitness and figuring out what obstacles kept me away from good health. Like most people I struggle with the constant hurdles of just making it to the gym and staying motivated once there. Since joining Jiu Jitsu class with Brad, I've felt engaged every session because of the unique workouts. Each session pushes me to my limit while being competitive and fun. I've been more active with my kids and that's the real victory. Thanks Brad and Team Sweat Shop Gym.

  I have been working out at this gym for several years now. I have tried other gyms but keep coming back here because of the staff, the expertise, the programs and the results. The owner Brad Crihfield really knows his stuff. From training to nutrition he and the staff at the Sweat Shop cannot be beat. If you want results, this is the place. I highly recommend you give it a try.

  My daughters and I love this gym! Not only is Fitness Kickboxing a tremendous workout, but it's so cool because it feels like we're training to become MMA kickboxers! Matt and Brad are pros, so to have them as coaches is really intense but amazingly fun. I was drawn to The Sweatshop because of the feeling of family. I didn't want the typical gym. This gym is so unique and also has a stellar support system with their "Largest Loser" program, Boot Camps, and Agile Athlete, to name a few. I want to sign up for their nutrition classes next. The Sweatshop absolutely ROCKS!
