Thank you Ethan, my technician that serviced my home. He was on time and did the job I request with ease. He also help me out with a additional service to make sure the job is done right. The communication from when I called and talk to Jason to Ethan providing the service was phenomenal. Definitely using A O Dowd plumbing when needed again.

AO DOWD Plumbing did a complete repipe put in a water softener unit and cleared all the drains!!! Very competitive pricing for the services he provided… with up-to-date equipment!!!! A job this size will run into some unforeseen problems… Jason Kept us informed through the whole process… Letting us know what they were doing and what was being accomplished each day And in the process Ethan and Mike we’re just as willing to readjust when I wasn’t happy with a particular process. I waited one week to write this review to see if there was any problems… I am completely satisfied and happy with the work done. Jason is very knowledgeable and keeps himself up-to-date and a very pleasant guy to work with I highly recommend him and his company. As a homeowner this was a huge financial decision that we were making… Going with AO DOWD Plumbing was definitely the right decision!!! As a small business owner, reliability and being punctual is a rare but precious quality that we seek in vendors and technicians. Needless to say, this year was extremely difficult for small business owners. So when LA County finally allowed our operations to resume we had very short turnaround time. This is when we discovered that our Boiler wasn't functioning properly. I called multiple vendors and specialists, but decided to go with Jason from A O Dowd Plumbing because of the way he went about asking me what the issue and problems I was experiencing in trying to diagnose the situation over the phone. Most other competitors were more interested in making sure you know their rates and how this is considered overtime. As a business owner, I am as skeptical and jaded as they come unfortunately due to the numerous times of let downs, price gauging, and simply dealing with "call centers" than actual technicians. So I took a chance with Jason. Although he had other jobs prior to ours; he understood the urgency of our situation and sympathetic to the fact that we're just a small business barely trying to hang on while LA County wreck havoc with abrupt opening/closing policies. He scheduled our job for the early evening since he knew we needed our boiler to be fixed in order to get opened. He did a great job communicating when he was about to head over outside of LA County and the time frame to expect him. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the situation and presented the potential solutions along with the price quote. I highly recommend Jason because not only was he very professional but he was very transparent in how he was going to present potential solutions in tackling the problem. He did wonders in getting our very old but still solid boiler up and running in a couple hours. He definitely saved the day for us.
