The Customer Service Agents/Cashiers are top notch! They are so helpful in-person as and over the telephone! The products at this store are of quality. I have never brought anything back due to quality. The location is very convenient and there's plenty of parking. It's hard not to lose your head here... There's so many needful things and so many varieties that you may find yourself making excuses for buying things that you may not use immediately or even in the near future, but it feels so good!
Great store. The employees are always super nice and helpful and the prices on some things is better than Walmart
The store is brightly lit and clean. Checkout was exceptionally fast. Only problem is the machine to pay at checkout was extremely slow. Like waaaaay slower than normal. Took about almost a minute or 2 for my payment to go through.
I've been going here for twenty years at the least. Unfortunately I went homeless fora bit after a divorce and during this was still treated respectfully. Since getting back on my feet (12 yrs) ive never been treated differently. Some people steal. I get it. I never did and told if I saw it. They have to protect themselves. It's a business. I highly recommend this establishment and Sonny is a very stand up person!
It's a nice friendly neighborhood Rite Aid. They say hello as you walk in the door (most of the time) and they normally have the items you would expect, meaning the shelves are stocked and not empty. The only problem I have is with the people in the white "salvation army" type suits at the entrance asking for donations for a questionable charity (I question their money mishandling and the very small targeted group of people benefitting from them), and there are almost always panhandlers outside the store and in the parking lot.
