  Historical home in the heart of Long Beach. Very cozy rooms and common areas with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Patricia is a wonderful host and is a wealth of knowledge for the traveler. Right on the Broadway bus route making for quick access to the metro train to downtown Los Angeles and points further in the LA area.

  Adorable, well kept bnb! Excellent breakfast service from 7AM-9AM. Pat, the host, was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend and be coming back to visit in the future.

  I was doubtful and skeptical initially. However, this operation is spotless in all the things that you hope for when traveling. I felt as if I was visiting a close relative for a long weekend that happened to be away from their home. I, of course, would have the run of the house. Plenty of freedom, quaint, and quiet inside of the home. However, it is on the corner of a busy avenue yet quiet residential area.
  UPDATE: bring earplugs. Young adults get rowdy beginning Friday night for the weekend.
  Neighborhood folks, cars, bus, coming and going during workweek became white noise after initial 24 hours. Being within a few short walking blocks of the Pacific Ocean and good, fairly priced eateries was an absolute bonus. Also, being in the midst of well managed neighborhoods gave a sense of safety for exploring and shopping. I definitely will return for another vacation stay.

  Pat, the host is really nice and helpful with whatever you need. Clean and real cute B&B. Close to beach. Would definitely stay ar again and recommend.

  The only place I'll stay when I am in the Long Beach area!!! A fantastic B&B where you feel like you're at home and a member of the family. I have been staying here since 2016 and have never had a disappointing moment. The bedrooms are bright, very clean and comfortable. The smell of fresh coffee wakes you up and you can amble downstairs for a great breakfast and the latest newspaper. The host family is warm and welcoming and very accommodating, why stay anywhere else???
