  Love the hot chicken there, u can't go wrong with the different spice level. U get the spice the crunch and still hot off the fryer nice cool slaw to cool your mouth with can't get any better then that.

  Note: this place is a pop up and will only be open until Aug.18th. they are trying to get a food truck out out LB/ Signal Hill soon ( hopefully).

  awesome! Big portion sandwiches and chicken. Just a tad more salt or seasoning needed
  -6 levels of spices
  -chicken and waffles served
  -elotes (Mexican style corn) need to add mayo to be more authentic
  - fries are best eaten fresh. Def not good when sitting in the car for 30-45 min on the way home
  
  Service: excellent!
  Wait time about 10-15 min after ordering
  
  Price: pricey.
  $11 for chicken sandwich.
  $12 for combo with fries.
  $2.50 for elotes
  $9 for waffles
  
  I got the Mid Life Crisis spice level for my chicken sandwich (which is two fire signs) and wasnt too bad for me. Flavor was great, just wish they added just a bit more seasoning salt or add chili oil to make it a bit stickier. Also, possibly add some salt to the fries. I def would follow the food truck when it pops up though.

  Went to Firebird a couple of weeks ago and I really enjoyed it. They chicken is on point and the hotness level is great. I had "Hot Chick" which is spicy enough that as a spicy food lover, I was literally sweating. My wife thought I was suffering but it was actually great despite apparences. I will definitely be back there.
