(April 13, 2021, 12:47 am)Great new yoga instructor Linda Meng. Her vinyasa power flow class is not for whimps. If your new to yoga you may want to start with her Yin Yoga class. I should also give a shout out to the many wonderful Pilates instructors. They are all so unique and each will give you a great workout in and safe environment. The desk staff and management are inviting and helpful. If your looking for a gym I highly recommend La Pilates in Long Beach.
