As smooth a car buying experience I've ever had. Alfredo was professional, informative, and reasonable throughout. I was particularly impressed with the communication of everyone I interacted with, everyone was helpful and quick to respond from Alfredo through to the finance manager.

On top of it all Harbor Hyundai was the MOST well informed of a half dozen dealers I spoke to when it came to Plug In Vehicle promos. They knew the rebates, credits, and promos available off the bat. In contrast, I had to be the one to educate every other dealer I spoke to. To me that signals a high performing, well informed team. If you come prepared, that shared knowledge helps negotiations move along more painlessly.

Thanks to the effort and kind of Alfredo Martinez in person as well as by email and phone, I could purchase a new car, which is a 2022 Elantra (Limited Trim), as my first car by making a great deal with positive and efficient outcomes.
Particularly, he tried to be all attention and understand my conditions and budget. So, I'm impressed with his attitude and skills of communication as well as problem-solving with leadership. He faced me and other customers politely and respectfully and also worked on the whole process with high responsibility in a nice and friendly manner.

I can't say much about the dealership at harbor Hyundai because I honestly don't trust too many sales people but I can definitely say that the service department there is impeccable! I can vouch to that because I've been there numerous times!
Especially the service tech (Andres) he is very helpful , self sufficient , with empathy for customers and he does it all with a cool and calm demeanor I'd say that he's the number one service guy there !

Harbor Hyundai is not your fancy upscale dealership, but my experience with sales, finance, and service has always been excellent and surpassed my expectations. I have now leased eight Hyundai's from Ken Bundy, who is a genuine and unpretentious person and I've enjoyed dealing with him very much. As long as Hyundai keeps developing quality and attractive cars, and Ken is still in the business, I will continue to lease cars from Ken Bundy and Harbor Hyundai. Harbor Hyundai is out of my way, but I have always been treated extremely well and have no reason to look elsewhere.
