  I retained Bruce Menke through for my property manager in Lakewood to prepare and serve file a Unlawful detainer complaint. Later Bruce answering a frivolous answer to tenants abusing the court legal system of justice. Bruce filed a application for judgment than followed thought wth application for eviction of this hoarder and his family for junk all over my property.

  I met Bruce in the Long Beach Courthouse one morning while my company was represented by a well-known Unlawful Detainer mill that advertises in all of the apartment magazines (who had just screwed up our case on a procedural defect).
  
  Even though he was managing multiple cases that he had on the docket that morning, Bruce listened closely and immediately suggested the appropriate next course of action. I knew we would be in good hands so we subbed out Well- known UD mill for Menke Law Firm and things immediately began to change, culminating in a large judgment we won against our adversary, who was nothing but a squatter who had invented a fantastic and elaborate story about an oral lease he supposedly had with the prior owner.
  
  Bruce is the real deal. He is a highly capable, calm, thoughtful, experienced litigator and problem solver. I very strongly recommend him and his firm for all of your unlawful detainer actions and real estate issues that need reliable and capable counsel.
