Our service writer was excited to answer my detailed questions about my first hybrid car. His enthusiasm was great! The repairs on the car were finished before I expected -- seemingly rare nowadays -- and the cost was much lower than I anticipated. I was taught that dealership service departments were too expensive and too slow. To my delighted surprise Steven's Creek Honda service is neither.
