I worked with Autumn and Cassidy to buy my first home a couple years ago, and again recently to upgrade. I was impressed with their local knowledge, instincts on the market and offers, flexibility while looking at properties, and attention to detail during escrow. They put up with me being overly picky while looking at houses, staged & sold my condo faster than I was expecting, and stayed on top of both transactions so they closed on time. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently purchased our first house, located in Willmore, Long Beach. After a bad previous experience with another real estate agency, working with Cassidy and Autumn was more than amazing. Professional from the beginning, we felt very at ease and taken care of with both of them. While Cassidy was the one representing us, Autumn was involved throughout the process and both of them were always available to us whenever we needed immediate response. Cassidy has a no-nonesense kind of a personality - she's there when you need her, has all important information at hand and always gives you an honest opinion without being pushy or influential. I have no doubt she got us the best deal possible.
As a Long Beach local, Cassidy was always quick to give us a breakdown of the neighborhood we were scouting and made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Autumn and Cassidy are well connected and always have a recommendation for a local company. This helped us not only during the inspection and escrow process but is still very much of use to us as we are currently renovating the house. Both Cassidy and Autumn are staying in touch with us to ensure we are doing well and there are no issues.
