  Thank you Palmcrest for always taking good care of my mother. She can get difficult sometimes because she is very picky, specially when it comes to sleeping arrangement but the folks over at palmcrest have always made sure that her bed is neat and clean and she feels comfortable in her room. What is surprising to me was that she likes the food considering how picky she is when comes to eat at my family's house. The caretakers are always very respectful and kind when we come to see her. The facility is nice and clean and has a great feel to it, and having my mom enjoy her time makes me feel that we have made the right choice. Thank you Palmcrest!!

  My grandmother is currently a resident at Palmcrest Grand and I had recently visited her for one of the parties that they were having. They were all having such a great time and it was awesome to see that my grandmother managed to make some friends! I jokingly asked if she wanted to come home with us and she said yea right! Happy to see that they are taking care of my grandmother and would recommend this place to anyone looking to feel a part of a community at the retirement stage of their life.

  In general there seems to be a real sense of pride in this building. Like the staff and owners know that they are part of something special. Everyone is so personable, and the residents seem so happy and well taken care of. I visit my aunt here almost every second week, and I have never had a negative experience. I have gotten to know a lot of the nurses and love how they all address me by my first name every time I see them. My family is truly lucky to have found this facility

  My dad has been here for 6 months, and he has adjusted so well to this new environment. I never thought he would be happy living in a facility like this, and I am so grateful to all the staff for everything they do for him. The building is clean and always smells good. Palmcrest is the finest facility of its kind and I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, secure, and unique nursing home that truly cares about its patients and their families.

  This is a fantastic facility! Just love the staff, the ambiance, the caregivers, everything! We placed my father in law there almost two months ago, and we just love the way they take excellent care of him. It's nice to see the same people. Not much turnover. One person who makes everything go smoothly is Erin the director. She is the absolute best. She is so great with the staff, residents and she makes everyone feel special. I can go to her with any type of question, and she always returns her calls, and makes herself available to assist. We look forward to the holidays, as they have so many activities for the residents. Thank you!
