  I absolutely love this gym! It is ALWAYS clean and you’re always given a warm welcome. It’s rare you go to a gym and the staff knows your name, but not here, everyone knows your name and you’re always greeted ( even though I disappear at times) but when I do go, I always get a great workout and plus it’s only a 30 min work out which is great, esp if you’re someone with a busy schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone young and old because it’s a workout everyone can do!!

  Such a great workout. In and out and actually feel like it’s been much longer of a work out. Super convenient. I absolutely love the results too.

  Nice environment and very clean... great staff very friendly and motivating! I need to workout to great music love their selection! They really know how to keep you wanting to workout! ????

  Best 30 min workout you'll find in Long Beach. I usually burn anywhere from 500 to 700 calories in a single session. It's a nice and clean facility and the owner/staff are awesome! Recommended for all fitness levels.

  This is the perfect spot for working out if you feel overwhelmed at a gym. You have nine workouts laid out for you each day with several trainers around you to make sure you are doing everything correctly and efficiently. The 30 minutes blows by and you are dead tired by the end of it. On top of that, it’s actually fun, especially for people who do not particularly enjoy working out. All of the trainers at this facility are super nice and engaging, and I’ve felt welcomed and supported every time I walk through the doors. Definitely worth checking out, and you can even get your first workout for free.
