Mama is very passionate about her work, she is picky who she hires to work in her shop, the salon is always cleaned. I recommend all my coworkers and family members to her. Mama A is very pleasant and professional. I get lots of compliments on my hair. She is fast and her braids last long. I have recommended my sister, who drove over an hour to have her hair braided. I'd definitely refer more people to her.

I have been coming to Mama for about two years and she offers the best service at a great price. The salon is clean (sparkling white floors and a nice sitting area), the service is fast and the stylists are very accommodating. On top of that, I didn’t need to buy bags and bags of hair. She used two bags of X-press ion hair for my long twist. Overall I am so pleased with the service I receive at Mama and am happy to have this shop in the neighborhood.

I am obsessed! I came here because I had a very specific braided hairstyle in mind and was nervous on who could pull it off. I love my edges and didn’t want to loose them. I read the reviews for this place and decided to trust them with the idea. Wow, is all I could say I asked for small and long braids with with half my head being one color and the other half being another. They didn’t even flinch! These ladies just started braiding. I say ladies because they are a family and everyone helps, I have A LOT of hair .

They all helped braiding my hair to get me out out of there in a reasonable time! So awesome. But not only that when they were done as I was driving home I stopped for gas and was immediately accosted by two women who complimented me on my hair and wanted to know where I got it done! So yesss I was feeling myself lol.

It’s been 4months and my hair still looks amazing and I still get complimented, and yes hunny my edges are not only intact but are growing ! I’m going to make an appointment to get my edges touched up. I love these braiders! They are really kind and gentle braiders, and listen to your feedback without getting offended like some braiders. And they have growing hands as evidenced by my hair *see pics below* I highly recommend them!
