Hayden helped me rehab my head and neck injuries from contact sports so I feel safe working out again. I booked about 6 sessions and I feel like I now have life long tools to help with my pain management and mobility, I can not thank you enough!

Dr. Hayden here really helped me work through some prior injuries that eventually made my day to day activities more comfortable. I felt confident to get back to the gym finally after a short hiatus. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience with Hayden was great! I came to them with shoulder pain and after 6 weeks of weekly visits (of which they recommended) I feel as good as new. I had never been to a physical therapist before and wasn't really sure what to expect, but Hayden has set the bar pretty high. I liked that they were professional and knew their stuff, but also very friendly and easy to talk to. Should I ever have a need of physical therapy again, Hayden will be my go-to!

A great place for physical therapy. I was having intense pain around my right shoulder area from a workout injury and then overuse. Hayden worked with me over 6 weeks physically adjusting the area, teaching me exercises to strengthen weak areas and then assessing my workouts to correct why I was getting injured. I’m pretty much pain free now and their style and approach was perfect. Thank you!

Hayden fixed my Hip and knee issues. He’s the best. He’s done what no other PT has done. I’ve been using insurance for the past 20 years and they have not been able to fix the issue. How did he fix it? He did manual therapy and he spent an hour with me. He also explained what was going on with me. The other PT’s only spent 15-20 minutes with me. He’s totally worth all the sessions that you pay for b/c it really is quality & he’s good @ what he does!
