I was having troubles on a Saturday night with my battery and paid AAA to jump me, come Sunday morning my car was dead again, I didn't know if it was the battery or the alternator it's a holiday weekend and businesses are closed. Not only was AutoFix Mobile open, I called them at 10:00, they said they had a battery, can order an alternator just in case for the next day(and cancel if we don't need it) and will COME TO ME and squeezed me in. They even came early! What I thought would be an entire day stuck not being able to go to work turned into my car being done by 2:30 and it only being battery trouble. They even checked the alternator and reset an issue that occured when my battery died. Such amazing service!!! I couldn't possibly be happier!!!

I will definitely be using their services in the future! Francisco was great, he was available the same day I called and fixed my car’s AC quickly and efficiently.

I Had the opportunity to work Francisco. He drove about an hour and a half away to change the thermometer in my car. He also went above and beyond when he followed behind me part way to my destination since we were heading the same way

Francisco was fantastic! We took my car in because the air wasn't working and in the process Francisco fixed my car as well as my boyfriends (which we weren't even planning on, but the service was so great we decided to get his air conditioning fixed too!) Great customer service, very knowledgable, and above all, he was fair and honest. He did not charge us for anything we did not need. We will continue to use Francisco's services in the future and are so happy to have found a local repair shop that we can count on and trust! Thanks Francisco!!
