Strength & Mobility

The coaches, Sven and Kort, are highly knowledgeable in every aspect of physical training and nutrition. Their attention to details and proper form makes you feel safe while working out. They also have a martial arts program, striking and submission grappling, designed for all levels; so doesn't matter if youre a begginer or a professional competitor, you'll learn a lot and get a good workout. The facility itself is always super clean and organized.

Strength and Mobility has been absolutely amazing!!! Both, Kort and Sven are super knowledgeable. They are both extremely passionate , dedicated, and simple awesome. The gym is always clean, they have towels for everyone taking classes, and drinks available on site. I would give this gym 10 stars if I could.
