I have just begun playing NAF, so I bought all the books and Scott's is, by far the best. Good introductory material but the tunes included are truly excellent, his background as composer shows. I grew up learning instruments with the Rubank methods and Scott's exercises alone are worth the price of the book. Definitely the best out there, I play from it more than Nakai's book. Buy it.
