In Response To @Midro Midwest: My name is Chuy and I am an employee here at Chava Repair. Sad sad company of yours to try and sabotage OUR family business because you guys want to be cheap!!! You were told how much everything was costing during the whole process aside from that when we spoke over the phone no one ever said we agreed on 500, I only provided you with an estimated quote not accurate. It only took 24 hours because your company didn't want to pay for original VOLVO parts. At our shop customer satisfaction is our top priority, that you were unsatisfied with your response time to deciding what should be done to your truck is entirely on you. As for the pricing to what we did, the ac compressor alone was $300 PLUS TAX, $150 for freon (recovery, vaccuum & refill), and & $150 dollar labor which was more then an hour easily could've been 200. Also, we NEVER keep trucks or drivers "hostage", you wouldn't go to a restaurant and rack up a 700 dollar bill and just leave do you??? So what make you think you can do that at a truck repair shop? We never keep anyone or anything against their will, we will just take pictures of the truck and licences and let you leave.
