Hollywood Historic

Classic style hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were great during our stay. The hotel is extremely close to local bus stops and just down the road from Paramount Studios. Also only a 5 minute Uber to Walk of Fame and Chinese Theater.

The bar inside the hotel has Happy Hour during the week with good prices on drinks and small plates.

Would stay here again!

Great location! Cool old hotel. Some of the best food we ate on our trip in the restaurant.

My boyfriend and I just returned home from our very first California trip and stayed at this hotel. Michael at the front desk was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. The room was just a bit tiny, but overall wonderful with exceptional cleanliness and an amazing view of the Hollywood sign and mountains. It was the perfect place, basically right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

I loved the old-time feel of this hotel. You can tell through the architecture how aged it is but in a good way. The rooms are nice but don't expect anything fancy or upgraded as the structure of the building doesn't accommodate some of it, and they have kept their rooms somewhat basic. I think for the experience and the price it was a good deal.
