  Nice view of san Fernando valley and nice hiking. I have friends in this neighborhood; where your next door neighbor could be a famous show biz personality...It is near their house so i always make a point to stop by it when I'm invited over for dinner, etc. Watch out for the blind spots on Mulholland drive where cars whiz around(dangerous).Park is bigger than it looks. Hiking is somewhat steep. Parking is abysmal because the lot is too small. They shut gates to automobile parking lot when park closes at night. Although illegal, you can still go in the park at night if you are on foot. They don't patrol. Just dont cause trouble and be rowdy people. Do your sexual naked nasty, but leave out the sickening drugs and murders

  Beautiful quiet trail. The views are stunning and the area feels secluded but not too vast to get lost. Took about 45 min to do the trail back and forth. There's free parking.

  Small parking lot usually full weekends but there is some street parking. Two different hiking options. One mellow less than a mile in some shade. Other downhill and longer.
