Erik is a very personable, tech-savvy, and understanding trainer. As someone who has a busy schedule, I've had trouble staying on track and finding ways to exercise, especially when on the road. With flexible plans and a fantastic platform to stay connected with him, I've found it easier to work towards my goals and stay motivated. Furthermore, Erik is always receptive during our sessions, and I always leave our sessions feeling good, refreshed, and looking forward to the next one!

Erik is the best! I’ve been working with him for two years and I am completely satisfied with the results. When I first started with Erik I was looking to increase my flexibility for martial arts. He helped me reach my flexibility goals through strength training (which was a novel approach for me). Along the way (much to my delight) in addition to improving my strength and flexibility, I greatly increased my power, endurance and speed. Now I’m on my way to being in the best shape of my life at age 49!

Very knowledgeable about outside the Box and traditional training methods. Being over 64 years old and having hip and shoulder surgery it's Not about the workout so much but about exercises that can help you get Back to those workouts Eric is very knowledgeable in how to get from a rehab to back to where you want to be. I think the one rehab item that Eric recommended I use for my full hip surgery was the wedgie squat it really allowed me to get full range of motion . Eric is so much more than an excellent trainer Always reading and learning about the latest information as to how to improve My health and exercise experience.
Erik is an amazing trainer. He pushes me beyond my limits and continuously gets me to my changing goals. Whether I’m bulking or cutting Erik gets me there. It’s amazing being able to just show up to our sessions and be present. He’s incredibly intelligent and designs his programs based on science.
