Usually the process for landing the perfect apartment in LA is very long and expensive. However, The Gramercy Towers was a completely different story for me. When I contacted The Langham, the leasing agent Shienne answered the phone and she was very approachable. I shared with her how important it was for me to continue the second chapter of my LA entertainment career with an apartment that was in my price range and suited all of my needs. At the time, there were no openings since the company is in such a high demand. A week later after battling with the flu, Shienne called me with great news! Not only did she find the perfect apartment for me at one of their sister properties called "The Gramercy Towers," she also introduced me to the office manager named Melanie Mott. Melanie then emailed me personally and allowed me to share my concerns about certain changes that I wanted made in the unit prior to my move in. Not only was management eager to accommodate my special request, the deposit to move in was only $200 which is absolutely unheard of in LA! I also feel like I made a new neighbor/friend with Shienne and I am extremely excited to move in May 1st. Having all the utilities included in the rent literally was the icing on the cake for me. The landlord Fernando told me that street parking for the ENTIRE year is only $15! I am so happy to be chasing my career in LA, all while staying in a safe/central location for work. Plus my pockets don't feel taken advantage of AT ALL :) Thank you again Shienne & The Leasing Office/Management for all of your help.
