I moved from Los Angeles, CA to Austin, TX. After reviewing a lot of moving nightmare reviews for other movers, I finally chose Presto Logistics for my move because of their BBB accreditation, years in business, customer reviews, and sales team communication and I am completely satisfied with my decision.
On move day, the crew came on time (actually a little early, as I was still sleeping) and finished loading stuff onto the truck efficiently within 2 hours and gave me an actual price, which is around 10-12% more than their online binding estimate. I felt that was ok as they explained why.
Our stuff arrived 7 days from moving day in Austin,TX. My apartment community roads are wide enough for letting in 18 wheeler truck otherwise I have to pay $300 for a shuttle.
No damage to any of the stuff, and drop-off communication and crew are very professional, Highly recommend them.
I suggest presto logistics follow up with customers to write a review about their experience Because I almost forgot to leave a review after moving.

I was looking for movers from LA,CA to AUS,TX move. I had talks with 20+ vendors and finally I selected Presto Logistics. In one line I would say, "They did a good job." Process was transparent and movement was smooth.

1. They call you for in-person or virtual tour to estimate the quote.
2. Henry visited and noted all the inventory. He clarified everything like Process, timelines, quote, packaging charges if any, material used to pack, loading, unloading, disassembling, reassembling.
3. On given day, team came and taped all my boxes again (I had already tapped them), wrapped all home items and furniture. everything was done in 60-90 min.
4. as per estimation, they deliver my households safely to my new apartment without any loss or damage.

Thanks to Henry who looked into this personally. Martin and his team for quick packaging. I don't remember the delivery team name but they were awesome too. Quick and efficient. Kudos to your team work! Thanks again!

Moving is no easy task, but Presto Logistics made our move such a breeze! They're team is so friendly and professional. You should see how they wrap up furniture. I've never seen a moving team work so efficiently before. They've got it all down to a science!

We don't plan on moving again, however if we do, we will definitely be using Presto again!

My Husband and I made a HUGE move from California to Texas. In the process we talked to a few moving companies but Presto Logistics stood out to us because of Henry Vogel. He came to our home to do an inventory list he was very thorough, up front and honest with everything right from the start. I was very impressed on Moving day, there was a first group of guys that showed up to just wrap furniture, a little bit later the rest of the crew and the big truck came and man were they on top of it. Working together they really did have an Awesome team working hard and not to mention very nice and polite. Presto also happen to have a Storage Facility in Dallas close to where we would be moving and offered a guarantee same day delivery if we had our things stored there vs the traditional 4-14 days of waiting. Now that was just a Bonus! but it didn't stop there Henry was our contact through out the entire process from beginning to end we didn't have to talk to 20 different people to explain things all over since he was there right from the start he knew exactly what was happening throughout the whole process. Moving is a hassle not to mention moving out of State, now that's a whole other animal let me just tell you. Recently my brother reached out to me about doing a local move and I quickly gave him Henry's number. I knew he will take good care of him like he did with us. Hands down the Beat Moving Company!!!
