(February 27, 2017, 2:09 am)So this is a slightly different kind of review because at first I refused to use Vix as my personal trainer! in hind sight, silly me!!... I joined a Cross Fit gym, which Im very happy with, however I didn't think I needed a personal trainer. Vix kept on at me about stability training and making my core stronger to improve my cross fit workouts. She designed me a program and all I can say is wow. Stability and balance workouts are harder than I thought! she also has me lifting weights for endurance and cross fit technique. She pays attention to all my muscles not just the big ones, I have muscle developing in places I didn't even think about. I now look forward to a glut bridge or donkey kick exercise. She is superb, she really understood my goal of improving my cross fit technique. Vix also keeps me on track with my diet in a nice way by just asking me what Ive eaten and chatting about other options or suggesting eating things at different times in the day. This really helps when I'm, in the words of Vix "Making good food choices" for the day. P.s in full disclosure Vix is also my wife.....
