Williams Data Management

Having Williams Data Management for drive storage has been such a bonus for our company! The Williams team is super responsive and make having our drives stored there super convenient. Everything is organized extremely well and when we have had urgent needs come up they have come through for us every time. We could not be happier with their service!

Amanda is my rep and she is the best. She always assists me when placing an order, paying for invoices and gave me an incredible customer service when I inquired about their services and fees. Definitely referring them out.

This is my 3rd time using Williams Data Management over the last year and the service is always excellent. Amanda is super responsive and gets our needs met quickly. She was off for a couple of days and someone else reached out to let us know that we would get a response shortly. Just great communication and great customer service. All our shredding and document storage needs are done by Williams.

Williams helped us index and store many, many years of patient charts when the doctor was retiring in 2015 and went out of their way to assist when patients would request copies of their records. We did not have to do a thing except send them the authorization. They handled the copying and shipping directly with the patient. After destroying some of the files each year, we recently destroyed everything remaining and closed the account. We dealt with the same people each year s continuity was helpful, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Would recommend them highly.

So far so good! We switched to Williams Data Management after our long time records retention company suddenly stopped accepting medical files. The process to switch over was relatively smooth and Amanda has been absolutely outstanding in her efforts to make the process as seamless as possible.

We needed a couple of charts before they had even begun processing our files and they were able to get them to us electronically in a very short time. So far we are super impressed with them, their professionalism, their competitive and affordable pricing and their customer service.
