EMERGENCY ROOTER

My 2 year old threw a toy down his toilet and flushed it. It got stuck and there was nothing I could do. Called five different companies and they would not come until the middle of the week. Harry, however, came out within the hour and also got the toy out which was not easy by any stretch. Very courteous, experienced and professional. Highly recommend.

We got home with our family at 11:00 PM and quickly found out that all of the toilets and showers in the house had backed up. 3 toilets and showers were spewing foul smelling water onto the floors in the bathrooms, and we knew that we couldn't wait until the morning. After calling several other "established" plumbers who indicated that they wouldn't be able to come out until the morning, we found Harry and his company online. He was able to come to us within 45 minutes (which was on the low end of a 45-60 minute estimate) at midnight, just as he indicated when we called him. He was able to address the problem quickly and efficiently, and now everything works in our house! I recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues - we'll certainly be using them again in the future (although I hope it's not too soon!)

Emergency plumbing issues can absolutely ruin your day, especially after 5pm. This company was there for us, immediately replied after a quick text for confirmation, and our problem was being addressed within the hour. We came back from a birthday and found out that both bathrooms had sewer residue. We try to flush it with red devil but it got worse. I ended up calling 5 plumbers on a late Sunday night and whoever answered was trying to up sale me with options. Harry picked up the call and without hesitation told me the price and he got on time to save our weekend. It turns out my 3 Y/o was putting the baby wipes through the toilet and that caused the issue.

Emergency Rooter came and saved the holiday weekend. Of course on Xmas Eve both our toilets decided to back up into the tubs. Not a pretty sight or smell. I called several plumbers and no one was available to service our area on such short notice. I finally called Emergency Rooter and was told they could come and take care of the problem.

It was very stressful not being able to take care of the problem on our own like we usually do but Harry and Shaun from Emergency Rooter came though that day for our family. They took care of both clogged toilets and even came back to adjust the toilet in our master bathroom just to be sure we didn’t have an future problems with that one. Harry didn’t have to do that but he went way beyond what he had to do and showed us what kind of company Emergency Rooter is. Now both toilets are good to go.
