Property is clean and very well maintained. Even exterior sides of walls are clean and painted. Graffiti never lasts more then a couple days. The site manager is very personable and professional. Communication about your bill due date. Is thorough and efficient and she will go that extra mile to send you reminders before any late fees are charged. I highly recommend this facility.

Went to the property, viewed the unit 5x10. Signed the contract and was out of there in 20min.
The property manager was very friendly, professional and acted in a timely manner.
The unit was very tidy, however; when looking closer the unit was slightly outdated and I believe there are some parts of the unit that could allow rodents or bugs to come in. Also I see the climate control was back working. As it wasn't when I initially leased the unit. I'm not sure if an evaporative cooler will work in up coming Monsoon Season humidity but that comes in August in Az.
All in all I gave 4 Stars and if the unit was better sealed I would have been more inclined to have given 5 stars.

Great customer service and easy to set up renting a storage space. Heidi-Jo is wonderful and I highly recommend this facility for storage needs!

Everything was as it should be. All of my stuff went into the unit... Thankfully. The units are well maintained. My only complaint is the lighting. There are no lights in the individual units, and the aisle lights are on a 15 minute timer. Did anyone ever get moved into a unit in 15 minutes?
