Silver Star Mercedes & BMW

Went to remedy my SRS light which was quickly resolved with a professional customer service experience. Changed a low beam light bulb was a small thing I needed. I now have a place I can get Service A&B, instead of the dealer.

Honest, fair pricing, experienced, knowledgable. Will be going back to Silver Star for future service on my BMW. Other shops will try to sell you something you don't need. Not James and Silver Star.

Awesome find for my BMW! I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after my experience with this shop.

I was lucky enough to speak to James, who happens to be the owner, on the phone and he actually gave me solid recommendations for getting a new car battery. I've gotten ridiculous quotes from other local shops and was about to just have Pep Boys change my battery for a fee but decided otherwise. It turned out to be a great decision since I had the pleasure of meeting James and Juan.

James is direct, honest and quite knowledgeable. I had full confidence in him to take care of my car. Juan, another mechanic who works there is also super nice and in the process of doing a general inspection pointed out some things I should take care of. They're not pushy at all and took time to explain things.

It's refreshing to drive out of a mechanic shop not feeling being ripped off or having to worry about the job not done correctly. I'll definitely be back for all my car needs in the future! Thanks guys :)

Best auto shop in town. James the owner makes sure your car is taken care of the right way so you won't have to come back for the same issue. Highly recommend coming here with all your vehicles.

Had my BMW X5 rear brake pads replaced. Quick and courteous service. Very reasonable price. James the owner is very friendly. Would definitely be back.
