  They always do a good job. I have an Australian Shepard and we try to come at least once a month. She usually gets a bath and occasionally deshedding/ trim and she always comes out looking beautiful. Friendly staff and they treat Bella extremely well.

  Amazing place!! Super happy with everything start to finish. They were incredibly kind on the phone when booking and answered all of my (many) questions. My dog is very scared of groomers and can get nippy, but they were very patient and accommodating and did everything they could to smooth over the experience. Plus Rocky looks great! Could not have asked for a better experience. Super happy we found them and will definitely be back!

  Grooming wise 5 stars.
  Front desk... 4 stars.
  They groomed my dog twice. I have a 45 lbs chow mix with long fur.
  They are clean and efficient.
  My dog comes out smelling like citrus & cloves when she's done. And she always looks extra poofy and shiny.
  They trimmed her nails nicely, like I asked.
  They can get booked heavily so try to book in advance.
  I almost gave them 4 stars because of the front desk staff. They are nice. But ... Lacking that special costumer service touch. 🤷‍♀️
  But since I pay them to groom my dog, and not to talk to me, I gave them 5 anyway.
  They are one of the better groomers I've frequented. And not cheap, but also not crazy expensive. 🐾🐶🦴

  WOWOW Grooming gets all the gold stars from me! They are very attentive to My two little senior furbabies Chloe and Cletus (even when my dogs are super rambunctious and excited) they just absolutely love this place. They are very accommodating because one of my doggos doesn’t like being in a kennel and they let her hang out so she feels more comfortable. They do a terrific job at making them look and smell good and the haircuts are perfection every time! No better place on this side of town to take your dogs to.Absolutely the best if you want to support a wonderful caring local business.

  This place is awesome! The staff honestly handles all pets as if they are their own. I have two dogs with extremely contrasting temperaments who after a trip to Mexico where in need of professional cleaning. Diamond is a 70 something pound, super energetic, pit bull that has been aggressive towards other dogs in the past. Chanel is a 5 pound teacup Yorkie who gives clingy a whole new meaning and is scared of load noises, blow dryers, and fly's to name and few.
  In order to accommodate my pups needs the staff scheduled me at a time when no other dogs would be present which was awesome. They made sure to be extra gentle with Chanel so that she felt comfortable in a way that no other groomer has done. The facility was well maintained, the staff used great products and the prices are super affordable. My dogs and I loved the experience!! We will definitely be returning :)
