Ryan helped me get my condo in Silver Lake in 2020, and just helped me get a house in Long Beach. Ryan absolutely inspires confidence, and so I had no question that I would work with him again rather than go with an agent who specializes in the Long Beach area. He is always quick to respond to a phone call, text or email. Confident, but not at all arrogant, and just all around a really nice guy. Would highly recommend, as you will be in good hands if you're looking to buy or sell your home.

When we, Jade and William, began our home search journey, we did not know where to start. We met Ryan via Zillow and during our first conversation together, we instantly knew he was going to be our trusted partner in this journey. He guided us through the entire home buying process, from what areas to focus our search in, areas to avoid, and connected us with a trusted lender that met our needs. Every home we saw, Ryan would do a thorough search and would connect with the selling agent even before we started the offer process. He was so into the construction of the homes that he would crawl under, and over, to inspect the bones and structure of the homes to safeguard our family. He would then advise us on whether we should go in, or hold back.
Ryan is honest and straight forward, one of the many reasons we were drawn to him. He told us the truth and never tried to force our hand, even though that meant more work for him. When a home was not the right fit for us, he would tell us straight on and would advise us to continue our search.
He never faltered, even in this tough market for buyers, and kept on doing him best to find a home that met our needs. At end of our journey, we found our home. We owe it to Ryan’s persistence and determination.
