Starla Frequency Sound Healing

I received a private sound healing session from Starla, and can I just say...she was born for this! She has an incredible ability to make you feel comfortable and welcomed in her space. I felt so supported and taken care of the entire time. The sound healing itself was incredible. She really took the time to connect with where I was at and allowed that to intuitively guide the sounds themselves. I was relaxed, but felt my body responding to the sounds and had incredible sensations and insights throughout. She is a powerful healer. She even pulled an oracle card for me at the end and it was just icing on the cake. I highly recommend booking a session with Starla. Private solo session was great but I know it'd be great with a friend or group setting as well.

I booked Starla Frequency for a private sound bath for a retreat I was attending in Vermont. Starla reached out in advance to ask for information about the group (6 friends) and tailored the session (over Zoom) for our new year intentions.

The session started out with Starla welcoming us all and giving us a really fascinating overview of the concept of sound healing as medicine. We were encouraged to bring blankets and pillows, set the atmosphere with candles and Starla let us know that falling asleep is not a bad thing!

It was a really magical experience, everyone had a unique outcome/experience but all were positive. We felt closer afterwards and so I would highly recommend as a bonding experience for a close girlfriend group.

The zoom format worked well, we could see Starla on the latop and the sound (through a bluetooth speaker) was excellent.

You can get a tiny taste of Starla's talent on her instagram when she does live sound baths, I would highly recommend hiring Starla for a private/group sound bath. I hope to experience her sound bath in person next time I am in LA.

I was in the LA area and able to attend an in-person sound bath with Starla Frequency. I had an amazing experience and as the private healing session went on I found my emotional barriers falling away and experienced different states that helped me process things I couldn’t even imagine. Starla guided us through the bath in a calm and graceful manner and I was impressed at the different usages of sound bowls along with other instruments that brought about a magical experience. I found it very helpful that everything we would be going through and doing was also explained clearly up front. I was so overwhelmed at the conclusion of my first sound bath I even cried! Good tears of letting some things process and then go. Whether an in-person or virtual bath, Starla Frequency is highly recommended by me for your own journey to spiritual healing.
