Hands down - Kevin was the consummate professional during our transaction. Our situation was particularly challenging as we were out-of-state and buying our property sight unseen, with our closing date scheduled just days before our move. I’ve come to learn there are often simple, and sometimes complex things agents and brokers overlook. Kevin has advised me on multiple occasions and he always identifies opportunities to improve the deal in a way I can easily understand. It’s the unique combination of deep analysis, creativity and clear communication that really stands out when working with him. You can tell he genuinely loves this work and that really makes a difference.

Kevin is not your avg LA real estate agent (I'd say he is the exact opposite of those you would find on Millionaire Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset). He's been in industry something like 20 years brokering both residential and commercial deals. A couple years ago Kevin reviewed a deal for my family and actually advised us out of buying the property, writing a lengthy email full of support & details why the asset was overpriced and in a declining area. Looking back at it now we realize he saved us from a money pit. I'm especially grateful because that is part of my inheritance :) Not sure how many agents would have taken the time to talk their client out of buying a deal and all of their commission, but that's typical of Kevin. Anyway, I highly recommend him, he's smart and knows his stuff. I won't buy or sell without him by my side.
