V.I.P. Auto Body

My wife just bought her first sewing machine there and had a fantastic experience. She went to JoAnn's first and had a very negative experience, so decided to take her business to a local shop instead and was very grateful she did. The saleslady was very kind and patient and walked her through all the basics of the machine in the store. She brought home the Brother sewing machine that the saleslady recommended and completed a sewing project the same night. Really appreciate their local expertise and kindness.

Fabulous! I love my Pfaff Icon2. I purchased in May. The staff is amazing. Orion the owner was very good to work with. They were over the top I’m making sure I was happy with my new machine.
Linda was wonderful in explaining the machine, the service department was very helpful. I have taken a couple classes and they were so helpful, and fun. I look forward to more classes. The machine is amazing. Every time I walk in to my sewing studio it makes me smile.

Stopped in yesterday to get some help with my Brother sewing machine & I was thinking I would need to drop it off & come back another time but the nice staff took it right over to troubleshoot my bobbin issue & it turned out it was a bad needle - more user error so they just replaced it real quick & sent me on my way, no charge. I got a little lesson on what to check in the future too. So nice of them!

I have had several experiences in Jones Sew & Vac and they have all been positive! They have fixed my sewing machines and my vacuum with great repair rates! They helped me buy a second sewing machine from their used ones, and it is perfect for my needs! Great service and helpful in every way!

Very happy w/ this company. Tried using a machine repair shop closer to home (Nampa) but their service and customer service were lousy. With Jones, they repair my machines quickly. reasonably priced and the people there really seem to care about the customers. Only place I'll take my sewing equipment now.

Highly recommended! Living in LA we are all bound to have our fender benders or in some cases we get rear ended. I have come to VIP twice over the last few years. They do prestigious work and generally care about their clients. Cynthia and Boris are a great pair. They handle every step professionally and diligently. If you need a trustworthy shop, look no further.

I researched several shops a few years ago to have body work done on my '06 Subaru Impreza... Thankfully, I found A.B.S. after getting a couple of estimates from other nearby shops. Noe has delivered expert body and paint work every time, (I tend to need body work more than I would like)!

My insurance company has V.I.P. Auto Body on their suggested list and after I Found them with all the wonderful reviews, I decided to come in. Armani was super nice and told me they would handle the estimate with the insurance company and the insurance company would let me know when I was approved. That's it!! I didn't have to do anything else. I brought my car in and it was actually done sooner they we expected and I love it!! It's like nothing ever happened. Thanks, V.I.P. Auto Body!!
