I always request a loaner while my car is serviced. I’ve always gotten a beautiful 430i. This time I was upgraded to the M440i Cabriolet. Honestly I wish my car would have taken longer so I could enjoy the Cabriolet a bit longer. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and I was treated with respect.

I am going to make this short and to the point. This was my first dealership experience. I have contacted this dealership before and spoke with other sales personal but once I came across Zach, I could not and will never go back! While sales personal have a bad reputation, this guy is a stellar stand up guy. He will look out for the best of his costumer instead of worrying about the sale. He genuinely cares about the person instead of just closing the deal. He wants you to be happy not only as a BMW owner but also as a whole. It is for this reason, I and YOU should contact him if you every need a car. He showed his true self to me and for that I will never work with anyone else when buying from Century West BMW.

I spent the last few months researching on what car to get next. After owning a Subaru STI, I wanted something sporty but convenient enough to tow around my 2 kids. My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon after practically being turned away from another BMW dealership up the street that I won't name (rhymes with Herman Pokes), and we were immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist who assigned us to salesman Matt Suarez.

First it was M440i VS M340i, then it was M340i vs 330i w/ M performance. I was very indecisive, but Matt was so kind and patient with me and willingly presented me with all options that fit my criteria-- including driving the vehicles over himself from across the street. After deciding on my vehicle, he was very swift on getting us to financing and even they were so cooperative and didn't pressure me into anything I felt uncomfortable with. Although it was a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, I was still able to drive off the lot in broad daylight so I'm also extremely happy about the process not taking forever.

I've been in many dealerships and have been through the ringer multiple times, and I have to say that this was the best dealership I've done business with. Other BMW dealerships in the area should definitely take notes.

I recently had my X5 serviced at Century West BMW, and I must say that I had a very positive experience. Brian, my advisor, went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed, in addition to taking care of the routine service tasks.

One aspect of the service that impressed me was the video inspection. It was a nice touch to see my car on a lift and have everything the technician observed being explained to me. This level of transparency and communication helped me gain a better understanding of my vehicle's condition and the work that was being done.

Brian's attentiveness and willingness to address my additional concerns made a significant difference in my overall satisfaction with the service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to my questions and provide detailed explanations. It's evident that he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and ensuring that all issues are resolved.

Lastly, and the reason I always go to Century West, is that they always provide a loaner for me. And it's never just some random 2 series, but as closely matched to whatever car I bring in for service that day. Big thanks to the manager there, she always makes sure I'm taken care of.
