  Marty is great! She kept me informed about the progress of my cars repairs on a daily basis and even though we had technical difficulties with my phone, it was a very pleasant experience. My car looks brand new! Thanks!

  Extremely fast service. Communication was on point so I never felt like I had to guess what was going on with my repairs. The office is one of the nicest offices I’ve ever been in for automotive repair.
  
  I know a lot of people give 5 stars to other places just because they did the job that was expected but this place exceeds expectations.

  Hello, I had a good experience here. The appointment was made for me and I was late. They accommodated me and made me feel very welcomed as well
  As the others I say there. Marty Was so kind and generous, Steven I believe is his name, accessed my car. Such a great team you all are. That keeping me informed along the whole process was a nice touch.when my car was finished I was rushing from South LA where I work to get to you a Thursday because I was flying out Friday morning for work and Marty waited for me. I was say that is customer service to the fullest. I can’t say it enough butTHANK YOU!!!

  Fix Auto Sun Valley did the fixes to my car quicker than I was originally told and everything has been fixed back to the way it was. They keep you updated as they do the work. Everyone was really nice. And you can grab a free coke or bottle of water while you wait. :) They did a great job. Highly recommend!

  So drivers in L.A. are crazy as anyone knows who lives here. Twice I've had people hit me and had to have repairs. I picked Fix Auto Sun Valley to do the work the first time and was treated like royalty. They arranged for Enterprise to bring me to the rental car office, sent regular texts to update me on the status of the repair and were HAPPY AND ENGAGED with me the customer. (A refreshing quality in customer service these days.) Plus once the car was done, I could leave my rental with them. But most importantly, the quality of the work was EXCELLENT. So I picked them again when I needed another repair and they did not disappoint. They are so good, I went ahead and replaced my passenger side mirror which was still quasi functional. I did it because I TRUSTED THEM to give me a competitive price and do an excellent repair. They communicate well, are happy people and do great work - truly what more could you want?
