This is a big shout out to Mike at ReFloors. Everything about that place was top-notch, from the show room to the shipment to the texting of updates and communication. They provided a designer discount and the floors were not much more expensive than far inferior from big box stores like Home Depot. You might think you know the color and type of flooring you want, but if you go to the show room there will be three or four flooring options that if you didn't look side-by-side you were think they were the same. Mike had excellent knowledge of all the individual nuances of the different pieces and we ended up with a really great result.

The team is very professional and courteous. Ask for Jay, he is the definition of a Rockstar. He is passionate about flooring and provided us the dos and donts. I have purchased flooring for two projects ( personal and business) and i intend to make more purchases from them. They have a large selection of flooring to choose from and they are very reasonably priced. I look forward to my next project. Pick up and return of the flooring was also very smooth. With subject matter experts like Jay and Mike, you cant go wrong.

Mike was great helping us choose the right floor for our new home. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We LOVE our floors and even went back for more to do the whole house. We purchased flooring for our home remodel and addition from ReFloors in North Hollywood. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We searched many other flooring locations, but never were satisfied with either the product offered and/or the customer service. We were then referred to ReFloors from our contractor.

He came up with great ideas and showed us nothing but different types of quality flooring. ReFloors has a large selection and many items are in stock. If not, Mike will make sure your flooring will arrive in a timely manner and he'll always communicate with you. Prices are fair and reasonable.

If we had to do this all over again, we'll definitely choose ReFloors in North Hollywood first.
